What Is the HSP Max Air Flow Bundle?
The HSP Max Air Flow Bundle combines four key airflow upgrades: a Cold Air Intake, Factory-Style Cold Side Tube, Hot Side Intercooler Tube, and Max Flow Turbo Inlet Horn.

Together, these components allow the engine and turbocharger to breathe more efficiently by reducing restriction and turbulence throughout the intake and charge-air systems. The result is improved airflow, throttle response, turbo sound, reliability, and engine bay appearance.

Cold Air Intake
The HSP Cold Air Intake features a 4.5-inch mandrel-bent intake tube designed to maximize airflow into the turbocharger. The intake is paired with HSP's high-flow seven-layer air filter and a custom heat shield that helps isolate the filter from engine bay heat.

The heat shield allows the intake to draw cooler outside air through the headlight bezel and factory fender opening. Dyno testing has shown gains of up to 20 horsepower and 58 lb-ft of torque, although results may vary depending on the truck's tuning and supporting modifications.

Factory-Style Cold Side Tube
The Factory-Style Cold Side Tube is manufactured from 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing to carry a greater volume of air with minimal turbulence. Compared to the restrictive factory piping, its smooth bends help improve airflow through the charge-air system while supporting better throttle response and overall performance.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube
The Hot Side Intercooler Tube also features a 3-inch mandrel-bent design with smooth, sweeping bends that help reduce restriction and turbulence.

One of the most important improvements is the straight-style connection to the intercooler. This design replaces the failure-prone factory lower intercooler boot configuration, creating a stronger and more reliable connection.

Max Flow Turbo Inlet Horn
The factory turbo inlet horn is a major restriction point in the LB7 intake system. HSP replaces the restrictive factory component with a smooth 3.5-inch design that significantly improves airflow into the turbocharger.

When paired with the HSP Cold Air Intake and upgraded charge-air piping, the Max Flow Turbo Inlet Horn helps improve intake efficiency, throttle response, turbo sound, and overall performance.
