01 If I don't see a product listed on your website, what should I do? +
If you don't see the product you're searching for, please call us at 815-977-5865 and we will be happy to assist you with what you need. Please reference our shipping and returns page for more information.
02 If I have a core item to send back, how should I return it? +
Place the core items in the box sent to you from our company. Ensure the core tag is present on the box, and return it to: Core Dept., 1279 Anvil Rd, Machesney Park, IL 61115.
03 How long does shipping usually take? +
Most in-stock parts leave our Machesney Park, IL shop within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery runs about 3–5 business days in the lower 48. Larger freight items — like built transmissions — ship with a scheduled freight carrier and take a bit longer. You'll get tracking as soon as your order leaves the dock.
04 How do I know it will fit my vehicle? +
Every DDP product page lists the exact year, make, model and Duramax generation (LB7 through L5P) the part fits. Use the Find Parts For Your Vehicle search to filter everything down to your truck — and if you're between model years or just not sure, call 815-977-5865 and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
05 Do you offer any kind of warranty? +
Yes. DDP-manufactured products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product line — electronics, turbos and built transmissions carry their own terms — and normal wear, improper installation, and competition use aren't covered. Keep your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
06 Do you offer any custom fabrication? +
Yes — custom fabrication is where we started. Our 20,000 sq. ft. shop runs CNC machines, welders, and a full R&D bench for one-off brackets, piping, and complete custom builds. Call 815-977-5865 or email Info@dansdieselperformance.com with your project and we'll quote it.
