Combining HSP's high-flow one-piece cast manifolds with heavy-duty 2 Inch replacement up-pipes, this package eliminates common factory failure points while improving turbo response, exhaust flow, durability, and overall performance.

The factory exhaust manifolds and up-pipes are both known restrictions on the LB7 platform. Cracking manifolds, warped flanges, leaking bellows, and broken hardware are all common issues that can lead to power loss, excessive heat, and costly repairs.

Factory manifolds are restrictive and prone to cracking or warping over time. The OEM up-pipes are also known to fail at the bellows, causing boost and exhaust leaks that reduce performance and reliability.

The HSP One Piece Cast Manifolds are manufactured from high-strength cast steel and precision finished on a 5-axis CNC machine for superior fitment and flow characteristics. Their high-flow, low-profile design removes the common restriction found in the factory driver-side manifold while providing increased strength compared to multi-piece welded designs.

The included HSP 2 Inch Up-Pipes are constructed from heavy-wall 304 stainless steel with reinforced sleeved bellows to withstand extreme heat and pressure. Combined with the improved manifold flow, these up-pipes help maximize turbo efficiency and durability under demanding conditions.

Both the manifolds and up-pipes are ceramic coated for superior heat management and protection up to 2,000 DegreeF.
